To commemorate our 10th anniversary, we will start selling hard bread. The French bread, which was created through repeated trials, is made with domestic wheat and is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

3/20 (Wednesday) – 3/24 (Sunday) Butti Bakery Limited Time Menu Milk France (milk, peanuts, matcha lemon), baguette sandwich, Shimanami sausage dog, bean butter, mentai France, cheese France, chocolate nuts.

The matcha lemon uses matcha from Imagawa Gyokukoen Tea Shop, a long-established store in Onomichi, and lemons from Onomichi.

The sausage dog uses Shimanami Farm’s sausage with plenty of Shimanami leaves mixed in, and is refreshing and satisfying.
