In some cases, these messages may include genuine booking information, such as the guest’s name, stay dates, or reservation number, making them appear legitimate.

HOTEL CYCLE will never ask guests via WhatsApp or other messaging apps to confirm reservation confirmation, credit card information, or payment.

If you receive a message that appears suspicious, please keep the following in mind:
• Do not click on any links or URLs contained in the message.
• Do not share any personal or payment information.
• Do not reply to the message.
